Decision making is such an important skill, because it literally impacts everything we do.
Unfortunately, modern education doesn't focus on decision making at all, leaving teens to learn this life skill by themselves. Modern education is anything but modern, it really hasn't changed since the 1900's.
For something that impacts everything from what clothes to wear to what career to enter, it needs to be given more attention in the school system.
In order to fill this gap, we've invited psychology expert Stanislav Galik to talk about what he thinks is most important for teens to know about making decisions.

Stan is listed as part of the 30 under 30 by Forbes magazine in the Czech Republic. He established the luxurious brand Galard which he successfully sold in 2013. Now, he runs the socially beneficial project UNIFER, which is revolutionizing education as we know it. Besides his business activities, he teaches Social Psychology at universities in Prague and Brno in the Czech Republic. He wrote a book called The Psychology of Persuasion and he is the president of the Central European Neuromarketing Association.
